It is a beautyfull book, and i gave it to my daughter, who had her 36. birthday, she has worked making tattoos for a couple of years, she has a very personal style and taste and a good teatcher. This book is inspiring for her and therefore nessesary.

Beautifully put together. Amazing photos. If you're interested in tattoo history, and especially religous tattoos this is a masterpiece. Lars, keep up your inspiring work.

Zweisprachig (englisch und deutsch) wird Hintergrundwissen zum Thema vermittelt, verbunden mit tollen Fotos, die der Autor Lars Krutak bei seinen Besuchen bei eingeborenen Völkern bzw. Stämmen rund um den Erdball gemacht hat. Wer ihn kennt weiß, dass er nicht nur geschaut, sondern dort auch gelebt hat und sich selbst in Respekt vor diesen Völkern und ihren Traditionen vor Ort Tattoos hat stechen bzw. auch Skarifikationen hat machen lassen.
