100ct Dermestid Larvae

Usually I am skeptical when ordering items such as these dermestids. Things die in transit, one gets less than ordered. Specimens are not healthy. NOT SO HERE.My colony came with only two dead larvae. And, I don’t know who counts there, but I got way more than I ordered. To top it off, I got more than just larvae. I got full grown beetles, too. The colony appears hot and quite hungry.I’m a forensic anthropologist and I study dead things, to make it simple. As any anthropologist knows, and taxidermists, the benefit of a good and hot colony are priceless. While I just received this order, my exam of the dead larvae showed no signs of note infestations. Packaging was clean and frass free.Upon placing them in my tank, they were quite hot, a bit thirsty, and vericiously hungry.Thank you, Rainbow Mealworms for an exceptional colony for my everyday use (my other colony got infected). It’s good to know there is a company that sells good larvae AND mixed with sexually viable adults.One last thing: I’m in the north and it’s winter. Without any prompting from me, the staff reached out to me and orchestrated delivery to a warm facility without me asking. This is an exceptional service. I will definitely order here again and will pass this info into my studentsThanks guys!

These are great for dubia colonies!! You will not have to clean them so often. These beetles eat the dead bugs, you will be thankful if you buy them, trust me!

These are wonderful little critters. I gave them a couple of small carcasses to clean and they did the job beautifully. Saved me a lot of messy work.
