Good Jack
I chose this jack because of the max lift height and capacity. My truck's axles are about 22" above the the ground, so I need a tall jack unless I want to use excessive amounts of blocks (which isn't safe). Truck weight is around 12k pounds empty, 16.5k loaded. So a 12t jack gives a 100% safety margin empty and 50% loaded. This is the tallest 12t+ jack I was able to find. The jack arrived in good condition. Its big and beefy and looks well made. I did a "test lift" of my truck (empty) and it worked just fine. It lifts slowly, but that's to be expected given the high weight capacity.BTW, I used a Safe Jack axle cradle to safely lift the truck. Using a bottle jack with a small round screw pad on top directly on an axle is not a good idea. The Safe Jack 20t "universal lift pad" fits this jack. I still need to get a bigger and thicker base plate to place under the jack for stability and to prevent sinking in soft dirt, and to get a little more lift.

High lift for SUV
This works great for our 2020 Lincoln Aviator. The OEM jack actually BROKE when using it! Luckily no damage to the vehicle. This has a wider base and the 24" lift is enough to get the wheels off the ground without needing additional blocks under it. We are just keeping it in the back with the spare tire. One nit-picky thing, though, is that it doesn't fully retract on its own when lowering. So you have to kind of yank it out from under the car and then manually push down on it to get it collapse all the way. But that's common among these hydraulic jacks.

Jack is hard to compress back down
Purchased this jack on 01/21/2024 received the jack on 01/24/2024 and package was mangled took out the jack and pumped it up about 5 inches and tried to release the pressure to compress the ram back down and it would barely move loosened the release valve more and still would barely compress finally had to use my hydraulic press to compress the ram back down. So I returned the jack for an exchange and they sent me another jack, This jack was not new, I am pretty sure that I received someone else's returned product, the jack handles were all scratched up then when I pumped the jack up the second ram was chattering and while depressing the second ram it chatters while compressing the ram so I checked the second ram while it was half way pumped up and the second ram had a lot of play back and forth while trying to wiggle the ram. It had worn seals at the least. How could that be with a new jack. Because it was not new. I received someone else's worn out jack that was probably was never even sent back to the manufacture. Now amazon says my refund will take 30 days after they receive the return and that also depends on the condition of the returned item. Do they take into account that they sent me a jack that was never in a new condition when I received the jack. And trying to send a message to the manufacture good luck because its sold and shipped by amazon now. They need better quality control. And not sell used items that have probably been returned defective just to send to someone else.

Nice for what it is; just know what you're getting.
Only complaint: to lower, you have to turn the release 4 to 5 full turns before the ram starts to drop. You need a good amount of weight on it too.

Lifts my GMC 2500 HD great but has a problem
This jack has the lift distance I need to lift a high GMC 2500 HD 7,000+ pound truck, with lots of pumping, but still good and not hard. The problem is that the jack release valve has no limit. If you turn it too many times counter clock wise to release the pressure, it will fall out and all the jack oil will come pouring out of the jack. There is no warning about this in the manual. The jack has a rubber oil fill plug to refill the jack with oil, but you can't take the rubber plug out without destroying it. The manual says call customer service for help, but doesn't list a phone number or email. I may have to return the jack if I can't find a replacement rubber oil fill plug. Hate to do that because it lifts my truck so well. Very nice if you are careful and know not to turn the relief valve too far. Update: I contacted the manufacturer thru Amazon Feedback. They emailed me today and seem willing to help. Update: 4/19/2023. The manufacturer is really willing to help. They are sending me the new rubber pug I need from China, free of charge. They are also very receptive to any suggestions that could improve the jacks design. This is the only jack that lifts my GMC 2500 HD from the ground. So, I was really worried about sending it back. The Jack fits on the floor in back of the front seat, with a jack stand. Great Jack.

Great jack for low clearance spaces
The jacks (I bought two) work very well in tight vertical spaces as long as you can place the jack where you can get a good range of motion for the pump lever. If you put the jack too far into a tight space, the pump stroke is limited and the jacking is very slow. Once we learned to keep the pumping apparatus out where it could be worked through its range, our work was done much faster. I am going to try to devise a pump lever with an offset in the handle so that more of the range can be used when the jack is recessed into a tight spapce.
