Received my waist trainer! I can definitely say it’s true to size! I ordered a size bigger it wouldn’t fit especially with me having baby number 5 but it was big. I love it and it’ll definitely make you sweat can’t wait to order smaller sizes as I slim down! I’m 5’1 and I’m weighing at 190.

the product DOES make you sweat and i wear it when i go walking, but unless i got it too big (which i don't think i did) all it really does is smooth my tummy out so to speak. it's still poked out and it doesn't cinch at all

I purchased the Workout Waist Trainer and I really like it! It's easy to put on, comfortable to wear while working out with my trainer, and I definitely think I got my money's worth. I expected it to fit tight, but now glad that it didn't because I'm able to move around well while wearing it. Shipping was quick too.

Por otro lado no es tan incomoda de poner y cerrar. No hace mucho bulto pero no es invisible debajo de la ropa.

So far, so great. Tried it on and it fits great and I can already feel my abs generating heat.Now quick disclaimer, waist trainers won’t give you an amazing midsection long term. I’m using it to help improve my core workout results. I understand that it won’t change my actual shape long term and that my body composition is just my body composition. That being said, it’s going to be a great addition to my workout routine. I can do all workouts with relative ease including sit-ups.My waist is size is 32in and bust 38, lower waist 35in. Torso length is 9in. I got a size large and it fits great and covers my entire torso. Kind of wish I got the one that covered my back. I’m on the widest hook because I’m using this while I workout. I’m not trying to crush my ribs or faint from lack of oxygen flow.

This is such a quality waist trainer! I have been using it for a couple of weeks and it is very durable. Also, it definitely makes me sweat when I exercise.

I have been wearing this to the gym everyday since I received it a few days ago and I LOVE it! It’s comfortable in the sense it doesn’t get in the way while I lift weights, row on the rower, and run on a treadmill.
