The crystals stay solid and grind beautifully. Great flavor--best ever salt and we used pink Himalayan salt for years.

This salt is really good. I like the red bag too. You only need a little bit but the difference in taste it makes to your food is outstanding especially meats such as steak. You wont regret it.

Use it in a grinder or as is. It is especially good on salads, fruit, fresh cheeses, and, oddly enough, as a margarita rimmer. It doesn’t assault your mouth the way other salt do. No puckering.
