Klein Tools55455M Tool Bag, Tradesman Pro Tech Bag with Laptop Pocket, Black and Orange

Was looking for a dual use bag. Needs Laptop and Tools for work. Hard to find a bag that can handle both. And I wasn’t looking for a backpack. Has enough space for Laptop, notebook and needed paperwork, and there is still room screwdrivers, Allen keys , testers and more. Also had a cool hidden pocket on top for the smaller stuff like pens, sharpies, usb cables and usb drives. Bag is sturdy and durable with comfortable over the should strap.

Husband uses for work to carry his tablets and smaller tools. He said it is sturdy and surprisingly roomy!

This tool bag is well made with plenty of pockets, pouches and hand tool (screwdriver,nutdriver, probes, etc) pockets inside. The removable led light illuminates the inside of this deep bag very well. The bag is really durable and sturdy. The design is well thought out providing a very organized bag for technicians.The downside, if any, is the the top doesn't open very wide so access to tools and items inside of the bag is tight and can be awkward at times.I recommend this Klein tool bag.

The tech bag is a good product. It's solidly built and gets the job done. Unfortunately, it has some drawbacks and flaws that hold it back from fully meeting its potential.The first concern I have is with the zippers. The rails seem fine, but the handles are attached to the glider oddly. The hoop isn't large enough to rotate properly unless the handle is in the perfect orientation, so it's often hard to just grab the zipper and go. This is a weird issue I've never had on anything else.The second problem I have is that the bag is front-heavy. If I remove my laptop, the bag often falls over. It doesn't help that I have such a light laptop. This is with a moderate load of tools throughout the various pockets. The feet on the bottom of the bag could have been designed to better handle different weight distributions, particularly by strengthening the one towards the front of the bag.Other than those two issues, I find the inner-most pockets to be somewhat useless if you intend to put anything in the compartment they're in. My iFixIt kit sits inside, making two of the pockets unreachable. This isn't really that big of a deal, but it looks odd. The only solutions would be to either remove the pockets or make the bag wider, which both seem like they'd make the product worse.I can look past these problems because the bag is built well and seems like it will hold up for a long time. The front pocket is nice and my laptop is well protected. I can carry plenty of tools for IT and electrical work with a bit of thought into organizing. The interior of the bag also makes it easy to find what I'm looking for, as it is orange.Overall, I am happy with this bag. It could be improved, but it is far from not being worth it.

I'm an electrician and I needed a new bag and this one fit the bill perfectly. Pockets are firm and well placed, and the light is even more helpful than you think it will be. It also suprisingly light when i have all my basic tools inside. My only complaint is that the pouches seen on the picture (the two on the right), haven't really found a use for them yet, don't think I will either as its a very awkward size.Will update my review if the quality doesn't hold up over time. But in my general experience, klein bags hold up very well. Klein tool pouches is another story....

This bag is excellent for tools and a laptop. My Acer Aspire E5-575G fits in it snug. There is plenty of padding in all compartments. I wish this bag was wider to fit my 3 ring binder. It will fit paperwork and notepads, but not a thick binder. This bag has great tool organization pockets and plenty of hooks to hang keys from. I also wish the pockets unzipped wider for easier access to items inside. All in all, after knit picking minor details, this bag is a freaking cool bag! I carry my laptop, 11x1 screwdriver, 12" screwdriver, diagonal cutters, tons of flash drives, software CD's, tons of pens, cords, headphones, water bottles (there is a mesh pocket on both sides of the bag), and paperwork in slim folders. It's worth the $90 or so I paid for it. It's professional looking and easy to carry. Just get it!

My husband purchased this because he wanted access to his tools on the fly without having to unzip and unfold his backpack. He states that it the perfect size for his electrical hand tools (he is a service electrician), made with excellent quality and the light comes in handy often. He said he would absolutely buy again.

I do low-voltage (network) installs, with the occasional auto electronics install. I was stacking my cheap tool wallet to its absolute limits, and needed something larger and more robust. This bag definitely fits the bill. It is well-made, with thick material. The pockets are tight and hold objects securely. The long, thin top pocket is perfect for holding zip ties and a few pair of nitrile gloves. However, I am having to double stack many of the pockets, as there simply are not enough of them. That is my only beef with this product. The shoulder strap has a gel pad that is extremely comfortable. As another reviewer mentioned, balance can be an issue, but I usually carry the bag in my hand, without the shoulder strap, and it is very manageable. Overall, a fantastic bag that will last a lifetime!

Good bay with lots of storage,but a lot of money.

I brought this bag at SGD$48.36. Although it was an old bag released in 2014 but the design and quality built at this price point is worth every penny. With the plastic base but unlike Veto Bag the internal still have a layer of orange canvas. Adequate pockets for tool storage and come with a light like bag made by CLC. Consider it slim but tall design is a plus point for me especially I have to put in a 10 inch knipex cobra and I will have no problem to close it.

Cómo es de esperarse, calidad de primera, costuras bien hechas y suficientes compartimientos, el interior al fondo es de difícil acceso, no te recomendaría usarlo para herramientas pequeñas, para eso deberás usar bolsos adicionales. No me gusto que el plástico inferior no tuviera el emblema de la marca como aparece en la imagen, eso podría considerarlo como algo negativo, pero no del producto, si no de como están promocionando esta maleta. Las correa para hombro se ve muy resistente.

The bag does not open wide enough at all ! Extremely hard to grab your tools and put them away. Zippers feel very cheap ! . Should of just bought a veto mc pouch . I’m a huge Klein fan I’m in the hvac/r trade but this Klein product is garbage
