It defroms
When I punch or kick it deforms and you can see where I normally punch or kick it it isn't the bad but now when I punch it its not even and I sometimes twist my wrist on it

advertised as 32kg bag, however when it was just around 24kg. Had to put some sand on it but the process to remove the old fillings, add sand bags then put the fillings again was very messy.
