Great system for working on pull-ups and chin-ups. Works best if you can be at full length straight hang where you do your exercise. Solidly built and not a lot of gimmicky labels, just a solid tool. Worth the money.

I'm 6 ft tall ,I weigh 95 kgs.The bands are easy to use but you will need some help <a chair or stepper> to put your first feet inside the band as the band are very short without tension.If you are very flexible - if you can do this - one foot on the ground 2nd foot's sole at chest level- or use a chair.Easy to use in the gym .The bands are black in color and each band take off 15 kgs in pull up so a total off 45 kgs which is alot...I wasnt able to do single pullup but after this 3 and more .The product is shipped from USA and need your ID proof to clear Indian customs.Shipping time 13-14 days.

Product is worth buying, The three bands give variable support as required. The holding strip should have been little longer for tying.The deposit amount taken for clearance of goods, Not sure when will be returned!!!!!!
