I've owned this book a few years now and it is the one I keep coming back to more than any other cookbook (NYTimes cooking subscription is the only thing I use more). Without fail, the recipes lead to dinners with flavors that are fresh and wonderful. I sometimes make substitutions or don't use precise amounts, and I have found that the recipes have flexibility. I always end with a dish I am happy eating.

Ein außerordentlich gutes Kochbuch.Wir haben bis jetzt ca. 15 Rezepten gekocht und jedes Rezept war extrem lecker und gut geschrieben.Schön finde ich auch die kleinen Geschichten als Background zu den jeweiligen Rezepten.

I'm yet to use my recipe book!I like using the book to easily find recipes to try.
