I bought a pair of these to hook MP3 players up to portable amplifiers. Bluetooth was picking up too much interference and these were the perfect solution. I know most people use streaming music these days but I still like MP3's. After all, you don't have to worry about data reception.These cables provide crystal clear sound and fit perfectly with my audio gear. Perfect for older (non bluetooth) music players.

Great but I got the wrong one. Turns out I needed one straight end and one angled end. Bought the one I needed from the same company.

This helped us get an elderly household member hooked up to the TV via headphones. Works great so far.

For me, I realized that I need stereo cables for many purposes and at different lengths. This line of cable have several lengths to select from and I bought 2 lengths: One foot and Three foot.+ The Three foot one - I measured this and it is 34 inches (2 inches shy of 36 inches (three ft). (My favorite length so all purpose and long but not too long or dangly).This is one that I plan to use the most as in my car for connecting devices to my speaker etc and also I have connected it to an old portable CD Player and a speaker. And also the length is long enough so you can place the device you are plugging it into say on a table and the speaker or whatever on the other end of the table so this cord is long enough for this.+ The one foot is just not quite 12 inches more like 11.50 inches. This length is great when you have the device that you are plugging the cord to is VERY CLOSE BY. Glad I just ordered two in this size.+ Six foot long - Wish I had ordered this size. This is the perfect size if you have the device and cord over 3 feet or more, so I plan on ordering this size as well. If you need to connect something that is really over 2.5 feet, then the 6 foot one is what you need because the 3 feet is not 3 feet (it is 2 inches shorter than 3 feet).+ Overall quality and connectivity - Since I ordered both ends to be angled, I found that each end the angle part is very well made with extra thickness and flexibility. Also having an angle keeps the cords at each side from damage etc.Quality wise, this is the best I have found! I had other brands that had straight plugs on each end and they tore up within one year so I love that this has angles on each end.This connects to the audio in/out or headphone jack depending what you are using it for and it was simple to connect.Recommended 100 percent.

Works well after several months of usage and I'm happy with it. I would buy it again.

Did the job,easy to hide

Should've expected it at this price, but theres no RF shielding inside the cable (Hence it being extremely thin compared to others). As a conciquence when plugged in it causes static noise to be picked up.I had this so I could plug it into the headphone port on my laptop and then into my bose desktop speakers, the noise it adds makes it completely unusable though.Obviously your mileage may vary, if you dont have any screens, bluetooth devices, phones etc around I'm sure its fine but if you do, then you're probably better off spending £1 extra and get one with decent shielding.

I originally purchased a cheaper unbranded one to use with daughters headphones. Unfortunately this only lasted a few days before breaking.I purchased this Startech one as I have used Startech cables for a number of years in other areas and was not dissapointed. It was nice to see the familiar bag that all startech products come in.6 months later. Daughters headphones still work. That alone is testament enough to build quality and longevity.I wont skimp again.

For the price it is difficult to complain, but expected the cable to last more than a month. The sound on my headphones started cutting out unless the cable was twisted and turned into a specific position — similar to the original cable I had (for the headphones), although that one lasted two years!It’s a good cable if you won’t use it frequently, i.e. it won’t be moved around much. If you’re looking to use it actively in likes of headphones, then invest into slightly more expensive one.

which is why I'm giving it 4 stars, not 5. I measured the gap that the lead was supposed to cover but either I can't read a tape measure or the tape measure was just not accurate. No, honestly I just measured the gap wrongly so I ordered a 2-metre cable and all ended well. It's cheap but good quality. It fits snuggly into the socket on the back of my PC. Would recommend.

I was not expecting much for the price.Overall this cable just about does the job.However...- It is very thin and delicate- It makes a horrible sound if it moves much- It overall feels sub-parBuy this if you need a spare/emergency audio cable. Do not buy this if you are looking for a high-quality cable that will last for years to come.
