Alter Bridge Fortress (The Sound and the Story) Paperback – Widescreen, January 1, 2014

If you want to know what's behind the fortress masterpiece and want to have a good idea of how to play their songs and the production process, this is the right material for you. Myles and Mark shine as usual, and you get to know specific tunes and techniques for songs like Cry of Achilles, which is my opinion one of the best rock songs ever. You can also find some raw live footage and interviews, therefore it's a gem for die-hard fans. If you have the chance just grab your copy before it's too late. A hardcore AB fan should have this piece, especially if you like to play guitar.

I thought I knew what I was getting when I ordered this dvd, but it is miles ahead of what I was expecting. I love the blooper reel at the end too lol

You can learn song to song with two great teachers, Kennedy and Tremonti. They are very thorough in the lessons.It contains 2 dvd's also a book with the complete tabs of this great album.I don't regret buying it!

To be fair, the product description doesn't claim to be the complete score. As described, the book gives you the basic riffs, solos and some leads. It does not score the many layers their songs have, nor provide the arrangements. It's a shame that the associated books for the rest of their catalog are complete scores, but this fantastic release does not. Fun to learn the basic riffs though.

What an awesome band, and to have these two guitarists take you through this record song by song is fantastic. Mark Tremonti and Myles Kennedy are an awesome combination!

Very good instructions and shows very well how the guys arranged and plays the songs Interesting and I've learn much about composition and structure in a song

I always wanted to learn these songs from Fortress! also the documentary its the bomb! love the behind the scenes of making a record. anything Alter Bridge never disappoints.

J'ai commandé un songbook, la description nous parle d'un livre en anglais de 48 pages et à la réception on reçois 1 double DVD, avec un lien dans le boîtier pour télécharger les partitions, en ce qui concerne le DVD malheureusement il y a un problème d'encodage audio sur le 1er morceau donc très déçu car c'est avant tout pour ce 1er morceau que je voulais ce recueil de partitions donc double déception pour moi. Je met donc 1 étoiles pour la mauvaise description de l'objet et le problème technique.

A Fantastic package of Alter Bridge. I'm a big fan of their music and have all their albums to date. I have followed Mark Tremonti since he was in Creed . Also have their albums as well, and Mark's solo stuff. I would also like to take this opportunity that I purchased this Package through the seller WORDERY. Unfortunately I left a negative feedback to them at the time when I was asked to, as I had order it a little while ago and it had not arrived, so I left a negative feedback as I saw it. However after doing this my Alter Bridge order finally arrived in good order. It was very well packaged and I am very happy with my purchase from them. ペーパーバックとのことで、TAB楽譜と思ってたらDVD形式でした。（写真にはリングファイルのものも映ってるのでそれが付いてくるものだと思ってました。）DVDパケ内にはTABのダウンロードできるパスが載っててそのURLアクセスしたのですが、そのサイトごと無くなってるぽいです。Fret12にチャットでも聞いたのですが、現在機能していないみたいです。私は楽譜に書き込み魔なので、フィジカルな楽譜がほしいのです(TдT)。と心で嘆いてたら、PDFデータをFret12さんがくださいました。印刷出来る最高！（購入写真と英語のメッセージなどを送りましたけどね。）内容は、スルー演奏時ソロ部分なのにカメラワークスイッチングがイケてないところが若干嫌ですが、概ね最高です。トレモンティさんの研究には大変有効なアイテムと思います。（参考 購入時、新品￥2千ちょっと、音声英語、字幕無し、英語ヒアリング強い人にオススメ）
