El material es de buena calidad. Es ligero, fuerte y resistente. No ocupan mucho espacio y son fáciles de mover de un lado a otro. Se pueden hacer varios ejercicios de bajo, mediano y alto impacto. Se emplean varios grupos musculares, lo cual es bastante bueno. Recomiendo empezar poquito a poquito para evitar lesiones. Con el tiempo llegarán a fortalecer sus brazos y dominarán todos los ejercicios. El pedido llegó en un tiempo bastante razonable.
