What is the difference between the 2017 model vs 2016?

Hi Julia, The new Comfort Wheeled Board has integrated attachment points that will allow it to attach directly to the new Bugaboo Bee5 without the use of adapters. If it will be used with any other model outside of the Bee5, you can use either version of the Comfort Wheeled Board but it will still require a specific adapter for that stroller. Please note there are new adapters that are compatible with 2017 Comfort Wheeled Board; adapters are specific to each Comfort Wheeled Board - the previous model, 2016 Comfort Wheeled Board requires the 2016 adapters.

I bought cameleon3 in 2014 ,compatible with this board？
