This cushion is a life changer. I have fibromyalgia as well as a cyst on my tailbone, so it is difficult to sit for any amount of time. I am a tall person with 280 lbs on my frame. The cushion is soft, yet firm and takes the pressure off of not only my tailbone, but the surrounding area. I've had other cushions that took the pressure off of the tailbone, but made my butt sore in other areas! I take the cushion every where I go and am able to get out and do more just because I don't have to worry about being in pain when I return home. I was so impressed that I bought a second cushion to keep in my car. Love, love, love it!

This seat cushion is so beneficial to me. I love it!I had a severe stroke that left me paralyzed on my left side. This cushion helps keep my left leg aligned while in my wheel chair. I can't say how great it is for me. I have attached a picture of how I use the cushion. You get what you pay for. This thing is well worth the money!Treat yourself and buy one. Your only regret will be that you didn't buy two. Works great in a wheel chair, desk chair or any other place you decide to sit.Just Awesome!

This is a very comfortable cushion. It has good firmness without being hard. I tested it on my squishy too soft couch & my dining room chair. It's great on the chair! It does rise up ever so slightly on the sides & of course the back, but it gives nice support & comfort. I do wish it was a little thicker & wider. Unfortunately it didn't help too much with the couch. I'm not sure anything would but that was the main reason I bought the cushion. I do like it & it's a definite improvement over no cushion. If you don't need this to help you sit comfortably on a squishy couch, I highly recommend. I am a petite, senior female of around 150lbs.

As a bigger guy, 275, I wasn't sure how this would hold up. I am extremely happy with how strong the foam is. It holds it shape and I do not believe it is anything I should worry about. My next purchase would have been a new office chair, but this completely changes this. It works extremely well and it is something I would highly recommend. I looked at many others, however, I saw the personal support the owner's gave and I decided to go ahead and get it. Great choice.

I have enjoyed this so far. I am at a friend's and the chair at the desk where I sit is hard andleaves me with lower back issues if I sit there long. This has resolved that issue. Will be goodto take when I go places that I need more support/cushion that sitting directly on wood. I amhopeful that this will hold up under weight/pressure over time. So far, so good.

The problem for me is that no matter where I placed the cushion, I kept sliding off of it! Even in my office chair. Then I had an idea to try putting a towel over it and that helped. It's the suede material - there is no traction. I can't be the only one who has had this problem. Manufacturer: If you are listening, please try to use a different material that will grip better.

Very comfortable and supportive for lower back issues. I especially appreciated the non-skid surface on the bottom of the cushion which helps it stay in place on the seat.

I wanted this cushion for times when I had to sit a long time. It absolutely met my expectations! Normally, you would feel the painful pressure points, but the Menchey worked like a charm in providing pain free comfortable seating at a convention where I sat for hours. Money well spent!
