This is a gorgeous product. It applies beautifully over skincare, looking a little shiny at first but I think it gives a fresh look. I wait 15 minutes before applying my makeup and find that this cream works well with makeup too. I find a water-based primer and foundation are best with it, but it also works with oil-based primer. I have acne prone skin and this has not caused me to have any irritation or break outs. I recommend, especially for those who want an SPF 50 that works well with skincare and makeup.
