Knock-offs? Be careful!
I’m not sure how I feel about this product in general because it didn’t come in a box like I was expecting. It came in a sealed bag and the instructions and graphics that I think normally would go on the box came as sheets of paper that looked like were printed out of a home printer. Sooo... after all that I just question the authenticity of these and have been hesitant to use.

Good for grinding, ineffective for clenching
Got to replace my old night guard to prevent clenching. Easy enough to mold to your teeth and would be effective against grinding, but not for clenching if you get headaches from it.

Pleasant Surprise
I reluctantly decided to purchase a mouthguard because my tooth-grinding problem is causing tooth damage. I decided to purchase an inexpensive one to just give it a try. I expected an unpleasant experience.This product was a great choice. Three mouth guards are sent in case the customer has trouble moulding the mouthguard for a good fit. I had no trouble. It took less than 15 minutes to boil water, mould the mouthguard, and cool it in ice water.My first night was a big surprise. I slept well. There was no discomfort and I was not anxious to remove the mouthguard in the morning. I have been using it about a week and am still surprised that my sleep is improved my tooth-grinding problem is solved.There were no instructions included for cleaning, so I just wash the mouthguard in the morning and sprinkle it with baking soda for storage, then rinse again before wearing.I highly recommend this product.

If you think it will replace your bite guard, forget it
My expensive bite guard broke after 25 years. I had hoped this would help until a new one could be made. No such luck. This pushed my mouth into all sorts of contortions beyond what would have been helpful, and no matter how much hot water was applied, that didn't change. Don't waste your money if this is your reason for buying it.
