I like the looks and quality of these arm guards

When these first come they are flat. It is important to lace and tie them as if around an arm to give it some flexibility prior to wearing. They held their shape once on the arm and were very sturdy but comfortable. They added the medieval for the look I was going for.

Took these to an anime con. Good quality and not tight or anything, looked great.

Good quality materials, fits well, seems like it will last a long time

They pretty severely limit wrist mobility (like more than just the wrist support it’s supposed to imitate/be). Additionally, the sizing isn’t very accurate and they were too small, had to alter them to make it work right and my arms aren’t even that big. Ended up taking them off almost immediately after getting to the faire and just keeping them hanging off of my belt all day.

Oh. My. Gosh. These gauntlets are like actual gauntlets! They look and feel like real leather, and they're very well made! I have to have someone else lace them up for me whenever I put them on because they're so sturdy (made of pleather possibly? A very thick material like leather) and strong I can't pull it tight enough myself.On that note, don't actually fight with these if you want to keep them looking clean and pretty. They're very sturdy, yes, but they're not invincible. They will get scratched and peel.Additionally, do wear something underneath them or lower their position on your arms because the part that rests on your wrist will irritate your skin and become painful if not.

Exactly what I was looking for and they look wonderful with the rest of my outfit! My only complaint though is that the laces that came with gauntlets had nothing on the ends of them to keep them from fraying, but that’s an easy fix. Other than that they are very nice and are great quality. :)
