The missus purchased these for a pretty good deal on Amazon and I thought "Do we realllly need these. I mean, I got some McKormicks in the cabinet and that does great." Well she went out and picked out some fancy peppercorns and some sea salt, tossed them in there and then we tuned the dials to our desire. Let me tell you, I did not know the difference it would make! I might be a bit of a hillbilly in this sense, but I don't think I'll use pre-ground pepper at my own volition again. They are kinda tough too. The kids got a hold of one and dropped it a few times on the stove and floor and it didn't break. They've survived about a week now and still going strong! And just a little icing on the cake here, they look nice too.

I just wanted a cheap pepper mill that actually worked. I only needed one, but this came with 2. However, it is still much cheaper than almost any pepper mill one can buy in a store. It is largish. Larger than I would have really liked. It isn't particularly attractive. But it works very well,and didn't cost much at all. So perfect for what I was after

Mechanism works as expected but the big bonus is the lid that keeps little specks of salt or pepper from ending up all over the place.

These are great quality for the price and look great on my kitchen counter! I'm very particular about what stays on my counters bc I like a clean modern look, but these look great! The quality of the ceramic grinder is great too! You can choose the size of your grains. Highly recommend this product.

Bigger than I expected and still functioning nicely several months later. Good quality glass and the lids fit well. I would consider purchasing them again as gifts for family.

Theres glass shaving indide the bottle. The inside edges are sharp and break off not exactly healthy for any ones digestive health.

Not as heavy duty as I would have liked, but ok for the price.
