on my first day using this stuff i thought i was allergic cause its makes your skin turn red and burn. but when i looked further into it, i discovered one main ingredient called niacin. that stuff is used by doctors to control cholestrol and other stuff. but bottom line is in high doses its makes you get hot and burn and turn your skin red. now people tell that a glass of milk with stop this burn but i am not sure if reduces its chances of working so i have taken two servings from this stuff and stopped because of this so if take this prepare.

THis will make your skin turn red and burn. This was controlled in my case by taking this with cold food. I would simply eat some ham and drink cold water. It seemed to work for me. Took this after trenx - 13 not sure of the results. Did not finish the bottle

Because of the niacin I would take 3 evenly spaced doses.
