Good jib, if you understand its limitations
Good unit for what it is. Obviously, for $150, you aren't going to get professional quality. The jib is built around aluminum tubes, and the jib's brackets are stamped metal. It won't hoist much weight--I couldn't use my Panasonic AC130 on this jib. The poles would certainly bend. But I don't use the AC130 for jib shots--I use a Lumix LX100, which is a bit smaller than a DSLR and a bit lighter. It has great glass and shoots very good video. The jib takes about 5 lbs. to balance empty; it accepts standard 1" barbell weights, which you can pick up at Walmart of a couple of bucks. I wouldn't put anything heavier than the Nikon shown in the picture on this rig, and I suspect that even the Nikon may stretch things a bit. But if you use a very lightweight camera, this jib is perfectly serviceable. If I was lifting a DSLR, I'd probably go with something sturdier, like a Kessler. And speaking of Kessler, this jib won't give you a silky smooth lift without some practice. Remember, it's basically just aluminum tubes connected with stamped brackets. If you want a smooth, effortless lift, spend the extra money and get pro gear. But if you are willing to spend a little time balancing the jib and practicing a smooth lift, this jib will work fine and will give good results. One nice feature--the operator pole in the back of the unit is calibrated with index numbers from 1 to 15. I balance my jib with the pole set at the 7.5 mark (see photo), to allow for some fine-tuning in either direction. Another nice feature--I can use this jib on a standard DSLR tripod--I don't have to haul out my big video tripod. But don't try mounting the jub to a cheap consumer tripod--total weight, even with an ultralight camera, will top out at ten pounds or more, by the time balance weights are added. Use a good, pro or prosumer tripod, like a Manfrotto or an Induro. In short, it's not a complete substitute for a pro jib, such as a Kessler. But if you only need to lift a very light camera, and if you are willing to spend some time learning how to get smooth lifts and pans, this jib will serve very well. And at the price, it's a pretty good deal.

SAVE YOUR MONEY - DO NOT BUY - NOT A JIB
This is just about the worst "Jib" ever, if you could call it that. I wish I had saved my money and bought a real jib with weights and oil bearings• This will not make your shots smooth unless you're a robot with motors in your arms.• It does not come with any counterweights• The base that attaches to the tripod twists and turns while using it• Putting the camera on the mounting plate covers the level, which you need to level the arm.• The plastic squeaks and makes a total racket• Overall quality is very poor

Absolutely love it, but here is the good and the bad based on my usage.
The product is absolutely great, I really love it. I bought it and immediately used it to shoot a music video I had lined up, and it gave me awesome results, better than expected results. If you are looking for camera movements that look very high budget, to give your videos a more cinematic look, this is definitely the product to go, for the money is extremely good, although...A few things:The Good:Very steady, well made, SUPER easy to assemble, very easy to balance, it will give you awesome results I can assure you that. You'll get camera movements you only see in Hollywood films. If it's your first time using one of those, you'll find yourself being a pro in just a few minutes of using it.For the money you will get awesome results. The Bad:The place to put the camera in could be bigger, firmer, you'll be comfortable witha t2i on it. I have a 6D and a 60D and I was scared it would fall. You need a 1/8 to 3/4 Screw converter to mount a head on it so you could have a little bit more movement. (I did not see that on the specifics of the product)I wish there was a thing to put a monitor so we could view what the camera is seeing.

If you're mounting anything larger than a go pro, ...
If you're mounting anything larger than a go pro, it's going to lop over and give you crooked results. The whole thing fell apart after my second use. I was mounting a DSLR and standard sized lens. However, for the price point, it's not exactly what I expected.

I've used it in other projects and I simply love the simplicity and the easy of setting it up
I bought the ePhotoInc Jib to do real estate videos and even though I haven't used it for that end as of yet, I've used it in other projects and I simply love the simplicity and the easy of setting it up. I realize it's not meant to be a professional jib, but for someone who's just starting out and experimenting with different styles of DSLR video shooting, it is perfect. I even like that I can by my own weights and adjust as the camera weight changes with different attachments. I do recommend the buyer of this product to buy an inexpensive ball head because that will make your life much simpler when it comes to shooting in different angles. I've made a YouTube video how I set it up, if you would like to watch it just go here: http://youtu.be/mRqsREhmERs
