the tensions is not as strong as it's been said ( 40kg!!)
long story short, it broke while I was trying to increase/decrease the tension (not sure what I was doing since there is no guide for which side increase/decrease, just an useless arrow).unless it is for a very light door. don't buy it.

Loud noises after few fays
It works well, but after few days it started to make loud noises, i tried to oil it, but the noises still there, Not Recommended to buy
