It is expensive, but worth it. Easy to clean, easy to heat up. Very sturdy and durable product.

I like it very much first and use it everyday. But after about 17-month usage, it isn't nonstick anymore. It is not worth the money.

I've had this wok for about a year and have been using it once a week and each time I cook, it's about 2 hours of cooking.Non-sticking works pretty well and easy to clean as most others say. The problems I found are that1) The handles on both side are plastic or something similar---don't know how to call the material but for sure not stainless steel. Here is the trouble: I have a gas stove. The flames really burns both handles and you can smell the burnt smell, pretty bad. When you turn down the flames, then you don't get the stir-fry effect. Food gets boiled instead of sizzled like the so many other woks that I've used which have metal handles on both sides and can therefore stand the flames.2) The lid with the fixed handle, while nice with its small holes for ventilation (really love that feature), takes lots of space when stored. I got a set of 5 with similar lids of different sizes. Storing them really takes lots of space b/c they can't be stacked up on top of each other. Wish the design of the lids can be one that makes storage easier and space-saving.Price-wise, yeah, on the pricey side.I like it on the whole, but hope that the manufacturer will improve their technique and replace the plastic-like handle with stainless steel or at least metal for those who stir-fry a lot, like me.Thanks.

Quality not as expected.

I have one of the regular Stoneline 12.6" wok for over 1 year and I love it. I want to buy another one as a gift and I found this new one. I am not disappointed except I have to pay quiet a bit more. My mother may not know it is that expensive. When I told my mother the price, she said it is too expensive. However, my mother is using it everyday. The best thing is that the food cook on this wok won't stick and taste better than the cookware before. She said now it is well worth the money. Maybe it is because this is from Germany. I have been to Germany. Everything is double the price of United States. I think this is durable and will last many years to get my money worth.
