The faucet reach is super, and quality over great
A 60-year-old lady installed this today. I'm super impressed with the quality of the overall construction of the thing, the threads worked like butter, and it was easy to look at it and see how to install, plus the instructions were good. So for long term durability, I can't say, but for initial impression and install, 5+. The old faucet this replaced was a Moen with what was apparently a style feature that resulted in a net faucet reach of barely 8 inches. I had no idea how significant that was going to be. When it started leaking, I jumped on an excuse to replace rather than fix. The longer faucet reach on this faucet is wonderful, and it's going to make an enormous difference in comfort and maintaining an ergonomic position when working at the sink. Only drawback was the plumbing under the sink coming out of the floor, and the water lines were too short. The home improvement store had an extender hose, so it's installed and working great. And it looks good. 5+ at this stage.

1.5 years later
Sinks solid, functions great. Coating is strong, looks good as when it first arrived. Would highly recommend. No signs yet of aging, weight under lower cabinet functions just fine for pull head. Never gets stuck.

Sleek, Stunning & Elegant!
Just renovated my entire kitchen and wanted the perfect faucet that wasn’t gaudy. I had purchased other faucets along with this one to see how they would look on my kitchen island and this baby stole the show!!! It was the most elegant and sophisticated of the 3 choices! It is of great quality and the design of its shape along with the touch of brushed gold and black detail finish, gives it a classy modern look! I love it!! 😍

Faucet came defected
The faucet is gorgeous beautiful finished but came defected. I have even use it yet. It has just been installed today. And the pull down hose doesn't lock back in the faucet head. It stayed hanging. So 😔

Love My New Faucet
I am very happy with this purchase. I chose this faucet for the mixed colors of black, and gun metal grey, to blend with my sink and some appliances, and I wanted a chunky style handle pull, and pull down spray. It had everything I wanted, it has very forceful spray that can splash back up a little, so I rarely need it running full force. But it's really great so far. I've been using it for about a month now. Loving it!

Breeze to install, works great, but a little different than I anticipated
Firstly, all of the parts were in the box (great start) and the directions shouldn't really be necessary, but they were pretty thorough all the same. The manual was helpful, if for no other reason than to supply the part number for the replacement cartridges (years down the line you may have to replace the mechanism inside the handle) and it's the only way I would have found out that THERE IS AN AC ADAPTER AVAILABLE! Supposedly the batteries last 18 months. That's about 6 years too short in my opinion. I'm sorry, I don't want to fuss with batteries for a faucet. I have tools and know how to use them. Changing the faucet itself would have taken a little less than an hour (removal + install) except I had to replace a dodgey supply valve first. Thank goodness for sharkbite fittings (who-ha-ha).So, two things regarding install. Get yourself some blue threadlock and use it on the two screws on the underside of the sink. The number one complaint about these single post faucets is they get loose over time. This threadlock should stop that, but the blue is removable (so nobody will hate your guys 15 years later when they want to change the faucet again).Functionality: Our old faucet made you choose between freezing cold water or visiting the burn unit. This valve is delightfully forgiving. One thing I misunderstood about how the faucet works is the automatic feature. In order to use the automatic feature, you set the temperature you want, then leave the handle in the "on" position and use the sensor to turn the faucet off. I thought you could use the handle or the sensor to turn on the faucet, but that is not true. You can disable the sensor and use only the handle, or you just use the sensor. I just finished installing ours an hour ago and we're already getting used to it (lots of automation in the house) but it will be fun to see people fumble with it who visit rarely. This is a water saver faucet, but you would never know it. Our old faucet would have given young Greta Thunberg a stroke it dumped so much water, but frankly the pressure is higher with this focused spray nozzle. Blasting food from dishes will be easier. The supply lines are 3/8" compression style fittings. This is the same size as my supply line. Locally the only 3/8 - 3/8 braided supply line I could get is female to female (specifically, a dishwasher kit), but the connection from the faucet is also female. Fret not. You can go to the orange box store and get LFA-110 3/8 in OD coupling ("in" is inches, and this needs to be brass) or get a few extra here: https://www.amazon.com/ZKZX-Compression-Connector-Straight-Coupling/dp/B08TVMPZVN/ref=sr_1_3?crid=39C59MR01OOVZ&keywords=3%2F8%2BOD%2Bcoupling&qid=1704941759&sprefix=3%2F8%2Bod%2Bcoupling%2Caps%2C83&sr=8-3&th=1(ASIN = B08TVMPZVN)

Beautiful faucet
Easy to install, sleek and modern. I was worried about watermarks but this faucet doesn’t leave any marks. The high arc really makes it a show piece and its understated design gives that luxury feel. Functions great, no complaints.

Finally found a match for GE Café Appliances!!
The media could not be loaded. I have been searching for months for a kitchen faucet to match my GE Café appliances. I had found one other but it was $800!! I just could not bring myself to paying that. While scrolling amaon one day I saw this faucet and decided to order to see if it was a close enough match. Tears of joy when I pulled it out and it actually matched!!!It installed really easily my husband did it himself with no prior plumbing experience. We have been using about 6 months now and works great. I love the retractable spray nozzle for rinsing dishes and the sink.It does not show ans fingerprints which is a huge bonus!.Super happy with both the look and functionality. As well as the price!!
