Love this pants
I'm in love with these pants. The waist is very elastic and tall. At the Belly button. Helps hide my tummy and not cut me into making a fat roll. A little baggy in the legs. Could have been tighter there. But I love the waist. I'm 5'3 145 lbs ( flabby tummy) when I sit in the couch my ankles do show. But look perfect when I'm standing. That's just the petite the regular are way too long when I'm standing.

Love this brand
I've purchased quite a few GA pants in different styles, and they don't all fit the same. But I've mastered it now, so I'll pass it on.I hate when my scrubs ride up at the ankles when I sit down. To combat that, I buy scrub pants that are "long". I am 5'7 with long legs (versus a long torso and short legs). This makes a huge different for me personally. All of my scrub pants are "long" sizes, regardless of brand or style, and this works well. Now, I love the Grey's Anatomy line (can't stand the show). They're soft, they hold up very well, and they're comfy. The price makes me wince, but you DO get what you pay for with this brand. I bought the 2 piece sets that run about $30 on Amazon many times (starts with a V?). They're a great bargain and fit okay, but if you need different sizes (like me) between the tops and bottoms, that isn't the best option, and frankly, they just DON'T hold up. These scrubs look new after many months, despite being washed weekly. So, the different between the styles of pants is a big deal when it comes to the sizing. Here is what I've learned:The Active yoga pant style runs somewhat large. This is because, true to yoga pants, they are stretchy. The waistband has a drawstring, but think of it like maternity waistbands. With other scrub styles, I wear a Small Tall. However, with the yoga pant style in THIS brand, X-Small Tall is where I get the perfect fit.The 3-pocket low rise are also somewhat large in size small, and has some stretch, but I have not purchased XS-Tall in this style to confirm if it would fit better (I do not like 3 pocket styles so I probably won't purchase this style in a smaller size)The 5-Pocket Cargo pants and Junior fit 4-pocket run true to size, for me, and Small Tall works best, since it has a lot less stretch. The materials for the pant styles in this brand vary, so be conscientious of that.Hope this helps!

Passed Inspection
Since I started nursing school, I've ONLY worn the Grey's Anatomy 5-pocket Junior Fit pants in size small. Now that I've been a RN for a few years, I decided to venture out. Here's my assessment....These are very form fitting in the caboose. They provide a posterior lifting and bubble effect (similar to whatever Miss Me Jeans to do the booty). Flattering, yes. But I'm not sure how I feel about having my butt looking so, uh.... "prominent" at work. I'm still contemplating this factor. They're high waisted. As long as they stay up, they offer additional coverage in the event of bending over, which we all know is a necessary activity in health care. Eg: Plugging in an O2 concentrator into a power outlet. If you don't have big hips, you may have to pull them up frequently. I have narrow hips (35") and waist in proportion to my butt, so I have to keep the drawstring really tight. I imagine they would stay up better on someone with broader hips. There's multiple seams in the legs. Initially, this felt strange but I adapted. They softened up after washing with Downy fabric softener. The inseam is slightly long. I'm 5'7 and they slightly drag without shoes. Personally, I prefer a longer leg and since I wear them with Nike Shox (which have a slight heal) or 2.5" Dansko boots in the winter, I find the length to be ideal.Pockets: I like how there are 2 open back pockets. They're not a deep as I'm used to but they're big enough for me to stash alcohol wipes and a couple pens. The 2 front pockets are also less deep than I'm accustomed too. All of the pockets sit very close to the body.Color: I bought these in Steel. They match perfectly with my Grey's Anatomy Mock Wrap Scrub atop with 2 Front Pockets. This is the ONLY top style I wear, so this factor was important to me. I assume the other colors, Eg: Indigo and Royal Blue, will coordinate as well. Conclusion: I'll probably buy a few more. They're sorta adventurous looking and have a modern feel.

Go-to scrub pants during pregnancy and after
The thought of yoga scrub pants seemed interested, so at around 6 months pregnant, I decided to try a pair...they’re my favorite!!! While pregnant I sized up by one size and they lasted me until I gave birth. Post baby, I’m still wearing them (although they’re more loose) and ordered more. You won’t regret this purchase.

The color papaya is BRIGHT. Medium is almost too big.
During my whole nursing career, I have only bought GA scrubs... unfortunately, since becoming a nurse I’ve gained about 20 lbs (I’m now 5’3, 150 lbs) I used to wear a small top and bottom, but now I am more comfortable in a small top and medium bottom. The problem is, I am a solid size “smedium.” A small is way too uncomfortable around my waist after eating, and my butt looks large and in charge, but a size medium is on the verge of being too big. If I lose any amount of weight my mediums will be too big. If I lose all the weight I’d like to lose I will look like I’m wearing a potato sack. Also, I should mention I bought these in the color papaya. It’s a beautiful, fluorescent orange-pink... but it is BRIGHT. Much brighter than I was expecting. If you don’t want to attract attention to yourself I would suggest choosing a different color.

SIZE UP!!!
Originally bought an XL because that's what i usually wear in scrub bottoms. The XL is usually a little big so when I ordered these the first time I ordered an XL - WAY TOO SMALL! I returned them and ordered a 3X that's how small they were. They fit fine now but again usually I wear an XL. Also the drawstring ties at front do absolutely nothing. They're way too stretchy to cinch up and there's a seam that runs down front of each pant leg and it's uncomfortable when I walk. Overall they're comfy and soft material but the seam is pretty annoying.

Needed black pants
These are comfy and light weight. My only problem is that they are quite loose. For a curvier woman, likely not an issue... I am thin all over and on me they feel a bit shapeless.
