May not be sturdiest choice
Side wings help with stability. Otherwise, not as thick/sturdy as might be expected. Also not quite big enough for the 32-oz styrofoam cups of soup for which they were purchased, but we managed to use them as both these holders and the 32-oz styrofoam cups were all we had. Will look for other choices of both soup containers and holders if we serve soup at our free community carry-out meal in the future.

12oz good 20oz not good
It's very good for small light weight cups upto 12oz. I bought them for 20oz smoothie cups, unfortunately they don't hold them well because of the weight.
