Knight 10x50 ED Tactical Law Enforcement Binoculars

Used one time ,eye piece broke. Tried to contact company all the phone numbers were disconnected. Very poor product. William

I believe in testing manufactures claims about their products so I ran the Snypex Knight ED 10x50 binoculars through some tests.First I checked the clarity compared to a much higher priced set of German binoculars and found I could read license plates at further distances with the Snypex Binoculars than the higher priced German set I use. I tested the Snypex 10X50's in a low light environment with ambient light from a nearby town in a semi-rural area and was pleased with the way they performed. I could see animals, mostly deer, moving from wooded areas to their nightly feeding grounds, and in some cases, I could even discern bucks from non-antlered deer. I also found the binoculars work very well near light to dark transition areas in unlighted buildings. I do not know if their low light capabilities are from the superior lens quality or their light gathering capabilities. I took the Snypex 10X50's out, packed them with snow and mud, then washed them off with a hose. They functioned flawlessly. I was intrigued with the manufacturer's claim that the Snypex Knight ED 10X50's could focus up to 1.5 meters, and they do just as the manufacture claimed; I've never owned a pair of binoculars that would focus to 1.5 meters, impressive. The Snypex Knight ED 10X50 binoculars are a quality product at a reasonable price. I have a pair of the Snypex Knight ED 10x50. I have to say they lived up to their billing. Initially, I figured they would compare to similar binoculars within their price range. After using them, they astounded me in their optical clarity. What's more, they're exceptional at light gathering. In low light they are much clearer than other name brand binoculars. The focus knob was large and easy to turn with or without gloves. They easily adjusted to my eyes. I think they compare to higher end European binoculars that are much more expensive.From a law enforcement point of view, I would recommend these to any agency or individual department. They work great in the field, at the range or on tactical operations. I also plan on using them for hunting in the fall. They will be great for spotting animals at sunrise and sunset.I would absolutely recommend these binoculars to any law enforcement officer or sportsman. They're worth the price!
