Replacement Lid with Retractable Sip Hole Cover for 20 Oz (Ounce) Insulated Tumblers | Straw Ready (Smoke)

This lid fits securely with the Ozark Trail 20 oz tumbler that I own and I use it everyday. It is not super leakage proof but it prevents spillage in the car cup holder when I travel. My hot beverages sustain their warm temperature a little longer with this lid than the original lid of the tumbler. I also like the smoky grey color and the material quality of the lid.

Perfect solution product. My husband wanted a Yeti Tumbler to take to work everyday. He said the Yeti was the best to keep beverages hot for hours. But he refused to buy the Tumbler because it did not have a sip lid. I searched Amazon & found the ICONIQ replacement lid with retractable sip hole cover. An absolutely perfect choice. This replacement lid is a perfect fit. No leaks. The retractable sip hole works perfect. He tells everyone at work how great the ICONIQ replacement lid is for the Yeti Tumbler.

The lid fits the YETI 20 Ounce Rambler very well. It is a good lid. The rim doesn't leak with normal use. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that most people expect lids to be completely water tight. The sliding opening for the drinking hole is not water proof and slides back and forth pretty easily. My mom, who I bought it for does not seem to mind though. I think an opening that has some kind of stop to prevent the sliding door from going down while you are drinking (and potentially be leak proof) would make it a 5. I was happy with the purchase though because it fit the need pretty well. My main concern was if the rim of the lid would leak but the rim is leak proof so far (Mom's had it for about 2 years now).

I purchased the ICONIQ Stainless Steel Vacuum Insulated Tumbler Mug with Built-in Handle and Splash Proof Lid | 20 Ounce | Violet. I then purchased this slide replacement lid as I prefer this type of lid. Guess what? It DID NOT fit. 20 oz. lid for their 20 oz. mug and it did not fit. Since I had assumed incorrectly that their lid would fit their cup, I had already thrown away the package and could not return. Will not be buying their products again.

I bought this for a Yeti 20 oz tumbler.just to see if it was worth it. It is. At first I had to slightly twist to get it to seat completely but it seats fine now. Even when not seated completely it did not leak at all. I've yet to be able to make it leak around the seal which if you look close, appears to be the exact same seal.The retractable sip hole cover works fine too. You'd think it would need to seal better but it doesn't. You can certainly make it leak if you slosh it hard enough but just sitting in a cup holder in a car etc. it's nearly impossible to make it leak. I tested with shaking and it took some seriously vigorous shaking to get it to leak enough to splash out and even then it wasn't much.If I were to have to pick 1 thing to improve it would be design the sip hole cover with something more than the ridges to make opening the cover with 1 finger easier. That's being a little picky, but it would be nice. This appears to be better than most though.When I bought it, it was about $12 which I think is a little steep, but there's not much for choice. I'd buy it again just for the convenience.

This is a nicely made lid that works well with a 20 ounce Yeti Rambler. I bought it with the fond hope that it would prevent spills as Yeti's own kid with an open drinking joke does not. Despite their every effort tho it's an inherently hopeless task to totally prevent any leaks when the mug is tilted or jostled. First, the small hole opposite the drink opening, that's essential to allow any access to the liquid at all, will leak slightly under those circumstances. Second, because the slide opening on this kid is plastic without any sort of seal or gasket (it is, after all, only a lid), some leakage is possible even there under extreme circumstances. This lid is definitely more protection against spills than the one Yeti provides, but it is not insurance. Am nonetheless rating it five stars as the maker provided fine service and feedback and it does work. Perfectionist would be a hard ask.

The seal fits tightly to the YETI 20 oz. rambler so there is no leak coming from the edge. The retractable sip door however is not leak proof. If the rambler fall over with the door closed, there will be seepage of fluid but at least it won't free flow. After a few weeks of using this product, I found that the door tends to close the sip hole when I am reading to drink; it doesn't stay open. When I first got it, the door requires a deliberate action to close or open, and it stays in the condition on demand. Now, it just close on its own (very loose), which requires me to physically hold it open when sipping from the mug. It is getting annoying, and I am considering going back to the original YETI lid. It seems that the sliding mechanism lose the friction required to keep the door open. It's too bad YETI can't come up with a retractable sip hole for its own mug to prevent spills...

Item arrived promptly and is a big improvement over the lid which came with the Ozark Trail tumbler. I winced when I realized I was paying 20% more for this lid than I paid for the tumbler itself but I did not like the original lid and I do like this one. I am much less likely to spill my drink because I can close the sip-hole and my silicone straws fit just fine.

Even though the size was written I thiught it would be bigger.

This lid doesnt work at all... the elastic around the lid is too small so the lid doesnt even fit the lid.... And if I changed the elastic the water leaks thru the lid anyway.... not too happy with it
