These have been one of my favorite amazon finds...even though it's getting hard to find. I was looking for an alternative to coffee after getting braces. I really didn't want to risk having the stains on my teeth once the braces were removed. I don't like the taste of like redbull or rockstar. I happened across these and thought I'd try them. I think the taste was much better than the alternative energy drink options. No, it didn't send me on some wild weight loss journey, but I did find that on days when I would have one in the morning, I didn't seem to feel the urge to snack as much. Also, I felt like I was more productive and less disconnected from my job on mornings when I would have one. I am not a one sitting drinker so yes, it would take me a bit through the day to consume the entire can, but I did feel like I had more energy and did not get the jittery feeling that some of the energy drinks can bring on. All in all, taste and effectiveness get a thumbs up.

My favorite flavor is the berry lemonade unfortunately I can't get it anywhere anymore. 2nd place is the orange mango pineapple normally I can get my hands on this flavor. The watermelon pomegranate is ok but not a flavor I'd stock up on.What i like... They taste really good, not overly carbonated, and they cut out my hunger for the day. I start to get hungry around 9 or so I'd I drink a can of cut I can go from 10am to 4pm without food no problem. No snacking no cravings. For someone like me who is trying to fit into a wedding dress that's just the bomb diggiddy.What I don't like... if I don't drink 1 every day I get a horrible migraine. I'm assuming from the caffeine withdrawal as the only things I normally drink throughout the day are water and dandelion tea.I also am not a fan of how hard it is to get my hands on a case. They are constantly out of stock.

I love this. I love it so much that I ended up buying another case of these immediately after. Please note that I am not reviewing this for weight loss effects, because I did not use it for that reason. I used it purely for an energy boost, and it that regard, it was wonderful.What I like about this:1. The flavor - The mango/pineapple doesn't honestly taste like mango, pineapple, or combination of both flavors but I do enjoy it - it's a fruity, citrusy flavor2. The energy spike - I feel alert and awake - ready to take on the day after having it. My heart rate doesn't go crazy and I don't feel strange or over-caffeinated. If you can't guess by the words preceding it, I sometimes have it for breakfast instead of coffeeMy only "critique" is that I wished it was a little more sparkling, but it's really minor. As I write this, I realize that I'm done with my second case and I'm off to order my third! As far as energy drinks go, this is my favorite and I think the value is amazing too.

While I didn’t lose any weight drinking these, (I had one in the morning) they helped me with my energy levels. I’m not crazy about the Carbonation, I’m not into all the fuzziness. I got both the mango pineapple and the watermelon pomegranate. Between the two taste wise I definitely preferred the watermelon pomegranate one but the fizz still killed it for me. I’ll be sticking to their little packet drink mixes, they taste good and no fizz with the same pick me up.

I have been trying to find an alternative energy drink to the white monster with under 200mg of caffeine. I have ordered about 10 different kinds from amazon and this is by far the best one. This will be my new go to energy drink. It is a 12oz can compared to other similar drinks of 16oz per can which is fine. I just sip on these at work so I don't get tired after eating lunch.
