These bandages offer immediate relief for pain and swelling without refrigeration for sprains, strains, acute and chronic inflammation. They are ready to use and self cooling, safe, reusable, non-toxic and latex free. Measurements: Small: 2" X 48", Large: 3" X 72", Directions: 1. Remove all packaging. 2. Apply the bandage firmly on the skin around the affected area without restricting blood flow. 3. Hold end pieces against the bandage until it self-adheres. May feel warm to touch. 4. Remove bandage when it begins to dry out on surface or is no longer needed. 5. After use place pack into container, if needed, rinse with clean water to recharge the bandage. Close the lid firmly to reseal. 6. Discard the bandage when the gel becomes exhausted. Caution: Applying bandage too tight may cause injury. Do not cover bandage when applied. Do not use on open wounds.

Vastly superior to an ice boot. Love it!
I LOVE this product! Instead of needing a freezer, a cryopak, an ice boot, a bucket or a hose, all I need to ice my horse is this little container!! Easy to take to a show or just keep in the tack room-- no refrigeration needed. Also love that I can wrap a hock (can't do that with my ice boot), and that I can apply cooling AND compression. It's genius-- bought mine from the company's booth at Usdf regionals.
