Does not work as advertised
Measures mostly high-frequency acoustic noise, not radiation. Every time there is a sharp sound nearby, or simply a slight knock on the phone, it interprets it as a "radiation count". Even if it is was honestly meant to measure the radiation, in reality it does not. Do not buy.

Pretty nifty
Not very sensitive but would help you find a safe spot in case of nuclear war. Put your phone in airplane mode, Bluetooth off, WIFI off.

Can’t work on an IPhone - uses old-fashioned microphone dongle
Doesn’t connect to IPhone- damn thing uses a microphone connector- no good on your iPhone
