Iglide I180-3.00-250 Tribo-Filament Spool, 3.00 mm, 250 g, White

I received a free sample of this filament from the manufacturer, and loved it so much I bought more. Incredibly, the sample came with a free, high quality screwdriver and a flash drive containing their catalog and instructions for printing. This is the easiest material I have ever printed: no clean-up needed, perfect fusion of layers, extremely slippery. I've been printing low-friction washers and guides with great success. Threaded parts print beautifully and screw together right off the printer. On my UM2, I printed at 20 mm/sec, 0.1 mm layer height, with the extruder at 240°C and the glass bed heated to 110°C covered with BuildTak; no fan, 120% flow rate. I used retraction (25 mm/sec, 4.5 mm) with a 5 mm wipe, no coasting. Everything I've printed so far is 100% infill.

Good stuff. Interesting filament to play with for bearings. Low coefficient of friction. 3mm great for lulzbot mini.Yes this is 3.2mm which is weird. You will need to either compensate your models or your cura setting to print correctly. Cura's default is 2.85mm.
