Q: What is the "cap" worn as a base for the scarf turbin (1st illustration in the collage) and is it included with the scarf turbin? Thank you.

Well, in my opinion, there is really no cap. I never need to wear a separate cap with this particular shawl/scarf. It’s actually very hard for me to describe it. I’m realizing I cannot upload a pic in this message platform neither. In my opinion, the shawl is two separate scarfs sewn together. The first scarf portion is more like a wide band (the ombré black and pink band) that is wrapped around the front portion of your head and tied at the back of your head. This first portion of the scarf has two small bands/strings attached, so you can easily tie and secure it at the back base of your head. This keeps the entire head shawl in place, which molds to your head and forms or gives the impression that you are wearing a cap. The second portion of the shawl, is a scarf that hangs loosely and is free flowing. This part of the shawl can easily be swooped around the front of your neck or swooped around to the front of your head to create a turban like appearance or bun in the back of your head.
