Easy to use and totally worth the price for me. I have never used others before, but I was happy with how they harden and seal once heated up.

I needed a waterproof connection for the bilge pump on my boat. These look a lot cheaper than buying a professional "crimping" tool!

I have seen the other comments.One , said it doesn’t cover the connection.This is HEAT SHRINK,What it really depends on is what exactly, you are using these terminals for.#1. Where are you you using this connection.Indoors or outdoors ; inside a terminal box ; or just plain out in the open ( exposed to the elements).Anything metal out in the open air is going to corrode.For my personal purpose, mice chewed the wiring in my truck ( exposed about 10 wires that I have found so far.One , I chose the bullet shape terminals simply because, they are round ( and much easier the slide additional heat shrink over those terminals) to create a better protective cover, and keep the metal parts out of the elements.

Heat Shrink is a bit sluggish but will eventually seal up for a weather resistant seal.

The material is so soft you can crimp the wire in and pull it right back out. It takes two or three try’s to get one that holds !! Don’t waste your time or money!!
