HUGE Learning Curve if You're Used to Working with Hard Gel
I do my own nails with hard gel and it's very time consuming because every nail must be flash cured for at least 15 seconds after the product is applied. I thought that using this product with dual forms would be faster but it's not. I had to cure each nail as soon as I put the form on. I used WAY too much product every time, but it was the first time I've tried it. I ended up with nails that were way too long and way too thick. Fortunately, you can fix just about any mistake with a lot of filing, and that's what I did. The gel cured with just a small spot or two on a couple nails. I cured each nail for 120 seconds then turned it over and cured it for another 120 seconds. I think if I had not applied it so thinkly it would have cured perfectly. But working with this is VERY different that working with hard gel. If you use acrylic powder with a liquid, you'll probably find this very easy to use. But it took me all day to do my nails. I filed forever and then instead of going back to this product I used my hard gel on top. They don't look bad for a first try and it always was my plan to go over it with my hard gel because I can't replicate that exact shade of red so I have to cover it. This is a nice shade of red, but it's not MY shade of red. But if you use red polish, you know how hard it is to find YOUR red. Some of the forms popped right off, and some of them required more of a fight but they all came off and the nail had a beautiful shine with I needed to file off because the nails were almost 1/4 inch thick. Figuring out how much product to put in the nail dual form will be a learning process. This product was very difficult for me to work with but it's very different than hard gel, which is what I've used for years. I can't say it's easier or that it saves time. I think it's just a matter of what product you like to work with.Every video I have watched has said that hybrid polygels are easier to file that acrylic or hard gel. I can't speak to acrylic because I don't use it but this product is MUCH harder than hard gel. That's totally fine with me. I don't think this is a soak off gel. I think if you want it off you need to file it off. I would file it off regardless because I don't like the idea of soaking my fingers in acetone.I rated it a 3 on longevity because I don't yet know. I just finished it. And if they fall off tomorrow I won't be able to say if it's because of the product or because I didn't use the correct base coat. I LOVE how hard it is and I'll attempt to use it again when it's time for a fill. I'll return to this review in two or three weeks and update you on longevity and anything else that happens. This is the first time in my life I have long nails that don't have my natural fingernails or nail tips under the product.Let's see what happens.

Long lasting
This is my second tube of this because it lasts and stays shiny. There is no lifting at the edges either. It’s a great product

Awesome
I don't write reviews too often, but after trying this brand I had to share my experience.First, I am not a nail tech. All my knowledge comes from YouTube academy :) and a lot of hit and miss practice.I have tried few different brands, some were good, some were bad. For the last year or so, I have been using Beetles, but my last batch was not as the previous ones. The product was much more runnier, super sticky and my set would start popping off after a few days. I might have not prepped my nails correctly, but the consistency was very much different.Anyway, I decided to try Rosalind after reading reviews. I did not expect much, but girl, this poly is a bomb. I bought opal first and tested it and then went for the red. Both are thick, bit hard to squeeze out of tube, but where you put it it stays. It is easy to spread it in the dual forms ( I use rubbing alcohol for this...75%, anything more than that messes up your final result), it stays in the exact shape you want and it cures beautifully. I do both sides under LED lamp for 120 sec. I also do one layer of top coat for extra protection.Opal set lasted me for 4 weeks and if the red one lasts the same....mama will be buying other colors too :D

Curing is Problematic
Overall this is a pretty good poly gel, however if you don’t get it thin enough it will not cure all the way. I typically double cure my poly gel, once with my palm down and one with my palm up to get the underside. But even after 2 cures under my light some nails are still soft and the inside isn’t solid, so when you file theres a gel center, which just gets messy.I’ve tried my old light, which I’ve used for years and works with every other gel and poly gel product and a newer mini light just to make sure it wasn’t a light issue, same problem.

Nice polygel for the price
Nice color & texture. Worked perfectly on my DIY polygel nail extensions. Will definitely be in my permanent rotation for my favorites. For anyone who said it was hard to work with, I didn’t find that to be an issue in my case. I’ve only been doing my own polygels for a little over a year & yes there is a learning curve, but I’m pleased with the overall results.

Would NOT cure!
This polygel would NOT cure no matter how long it was under my LED/UV lamp! The center of the nail remains liquid and would SEEP OUT during the day. I had these nails on less than 24 hours before three of them popped off- my previous set with Gellen polygel lasted THREE WEEKS! It’s a serious contamination issue above all else- having your nail bed soaked in this gel for an extended period of time is just asking for a terrible infection- not to mention everything I got the seeping polygel on! It was such a disappointment because as the last photo shows- it is a beautiful color that presents super well. (I had “baked” these nails almost THREE TIMES longer than any of my other sets trying to get them to harden.)

The best poly gel out there !
Beautiful color, get asked all the time what color is on my nails . Very easy to work with and most importantly no lifting ! This thing stays put for weeks. Easy to file just maybe needs extra time in the lamp .
