I have used Glucosamine on our dogs and horses. Decided I am getting older and maybe a good idea for myself. Love it really help my joint to feel better and not as stiff.

I like the fact that it is a capsule rather then a pill. It's easier to swallow and works very well.

When i started taking this product my left shoulder was bothering me. Since taking it for over a week now I haven't had any pain. I am hoping it will continue to help and will increase the healing and benefit in my body in other areas as well. Glad I am taking it. I have heard good things about this product. Also the shark oil in the ingredients have not made me burp or have any adverse reactions. I have a hard time taking any fish oils without burping up the oil taste.
