My bangs were thinning. My sister recommended this shampoo. It took a while to see a difference but after using one bottle there were results. I'd say a 10% improvement. I'll keep using it. The only negative is it's a little drying so I use a conditioner with coconut oil making sure not to apply it to the hair root.

i don't use it every day because i notice switching up shampoos make them have a better effect on my hair. Maybe better effects would come from using it everyday? i also dont have the conditioner. I did get the scalp treatment but dont use that every day either...I was skeptical about this product anyway because the ingredient list seemed to have a lot of the same ingredients as regular shampoo..they seem to have good oils and extracts but these things dont have anything to do with getting thicker hair...This shampoo doesnt seem to rly help with hair GROWTH, but it seems to (the days its used) maybe coat my hair with a silicone or wax? defiitly FEELS thicker and LOOKs a little thicker, but I don't think its really an effect on preventing hair loss or impacting growth. It even says hair will "appear" healthier, fuller and thicker...and on the front label says "thicker fuller LOOKING hair in just 1 week" so i think they're subtly admitting its no miracle hair growth. If they didnt they could be sued for false advertising lol so...i dont have hair loss anyway, just very thin, weak, damaged hair and i was hoping for a miracle product (dont we all), but as always there are no miracle products so you just have to try to manage ur unruly hair best u can with the help of such products. I would probably use this shampoo again just because of the illusion it gives, but its not something id "swear by" i just have to be gentle with my fragile hair. The only products that give real hair growth have those active ingredients such as minoxidil (rogaine) and other prescriptions, which are also a pain that i wouldnt bother with unless my hair was severely thinning. they have to be applied often every day...What ive read about healthy hair that makes the most sense is washing it often, but not every day so as to dry it out (oils keep ur hair healthy and moisturized) yet don't let it get greasy because this oil can build up after days and clog ur follicles...i also read that cleaner follicles allows more blood flow which blood carries oxygen and nutrients to all places in ur body including scalp...so helps hair growth and health...go figure the answer to everything is be healthy and so will your hair, skin and the rest of your body lol...oh, and exercise and its endless number of health benefits, you can add healthy hair to that as well because of the increased blood flow thing lol no secrets just facts

I have used this product for almost a year. My hair has always been very thin and since Using the shampoo and cream rinse I have noticed a big difference in my hair quality. I will continue to use it as this product does work.

I usually use the other brand but it was a bit harsh on my hair. I really like this product for my thin hair.
