Very nice and the cheapest, best looking alternative I have found for displaying comics.

Really well made comic frames. Not bulky or heavy. Books look amazing in them. Im definitely getting more. Can't beat the price for quality like this.

I got my frames but ordered the ones with the black border. They sent me gray. Even white would have been better.

These are great for displaying comic books. I have a few pieces that look like portraits and I put them in here for display. It fits the comic with the bag and board as well. The quality is decent and the price is right.

Besides the super friendly, quick shipping, and package arriving exactly as advertised….. the comics look amazing in them!!!!!

There are two mattes that come with the frame. Taking out the matte that is thicker left a perfect thin outside border. I used a little tape on the back of the matte to the bag to safely secure it even better. Being able to keep it in a bag and board inside the case and fit perfectly is what makes this a 5 star comic book frame. I was hesitant to take this comic out of a thick plastic case, but this feels just as solid for protection and looks waaaaay better than a plastic case. The price is great too. Highly recommend.

I'm quite surprised as to how terrible these frames are, seeing as how they have a 4.5 star average. The first thing I noticed when removing one from its box is that two of the four corners were separating and falling apart. The frame itself is also a cheap, flexible plastic. I'd be fine with the plastic if the frame was at least solid, but this is clearly broken by design or assembly. Wanting to give it a try to see how things go, I flipped it over and started to remove the backing board. The clips barely reached the frame on the inner sides and the board was itching to pop out on its own. I pressed on and worked the bagged comic into the double mat. This was a decent and predictable process, until the frame had to be reassembled. The backing board was fighting to stay out of the frame and the clips were barely useful and randomly popping out. Also, getting the mats to stay straight so the comic doesn't look angled was a sad waste of time. Once it was all together, the final product looked ok if I squinted hard. However, the frame was bending apart at the two corners as I was simply holding it. I took the second frame out of the box, and it seemed to suffer from the same issues. I'm glad I only bought one package to test, as I eventually hoped to cover a wall with these. But, the frames are getting returned now.

While these frames have a very specific purpose, they excel at what they are meant to do – they help you frame your precious comic books and make them stand out beautifully.I picked up a set of these frames to frame a couple of signed comics that I picked up at various comic cons over the years.What drew me to them was that they were perfectly sized and designed for this purpose. I’ve tried using other frames in the past, but they were either a bit too large or I simply could not find the right mat to provide just enough aesthetic “white space” on the edges while framing the comic book itself snugly. Problem solved with this solution.I also like that it uses a sawtooth hanger, which makes it so much easier to mount than frames that use triangular rings or metal brackets that you must slide over a nail.That said, the cardboard backing on this frame is very thick and requires some effort to bend and twist it, and push it down past the upright clamps along the sides that are later pressed down to hold it in place.However, given you are hopefully only doing this once, it’s a relatively small hassle for the beautiful end result you will achieve.

Me encantaron ya puestos, la calidad se ve bastante buena. Espero que sí se cumpla esta promesa del vidrio anti-acido. Creo que como nota adicional se debería incluir una pequeña guía instructivo del montaje ya que no supe cómo colocarlos hasta que mandé un correo y amablemente me ayudaron.

These frames were excellent, just what I needed to add an aura of sophistication to my valued comic books. I didn't realize initially that there is a foggy plastic sheet that can be removed, so you are left with 2 crystal clear, UV - protected frames. They feel well-made, and a good value for the price.
