It is the full set. Rear bench seat cover and 2 front seat covers

Q: do the front seat covers pull completely over front and back and do they stay in place as people get in and out of the car?

I've had mine for 3 years. They've stayed in place surprisingly well. I'm in and out of my call several times a day for work. I've been hard on them and it shows but that's on me, not the seat covers! The included straps do a fine job. It just takes a little patience to get it fitted how you want. I'm just picky. I've been very happy with mine. I'm just looking for a different color.

Q: will these hold up well with dogs in the car? I want them to keep the dogs from ruining my seats.

These cars seats are very thin and not worth the price. I would go to my local auto shop to see seat covers first hand. You don't want to buy these very cheap covers.

Q: Would this fit a Fiat 500L?

I don't know, but the orange I bought looked great in my orange car, so I'd try them if I were you. I put parameters in my search for my specific make and model for parts and accessories I want and haven't been disappointed yet. Hope this helps a little.
