Amazon Basics Large Bean Bag Chairs for Adults, 5 ft Black Memory Foam Filled with Solid Microfiber Cover

This is great for the price. It is VERY LARGE and comfortably 2 teenagers sit on it together in our house on a daily basis. We have been using it for 6 months and still in great shape, no rips or tears. You have to move it around every now and then to mix up the memory foam inside and it is pretty heavy, but not impossible to move. Super Comfortable.

Got this as a cheap couch and it does the job well. My daughter and her boyfriend where able to sleep in it. Definitely need to fluff it I between each use to keep yourself a bit higher off the ground but that's to be expected with memory foam.

I bought the 6' lounger bean bag. First the PRO's:1. Easily the most awesome and comfy piece of furniture I have ever sat on. This is amazing!2. The cover is nice too. The material is soft and it is obviously well made.3. It might be a bean bag, but it actually looks nice.4. The price is sweet! You can use this as a couch and you won't find a comfy couch for under $200.5. It is an AmazonBasics product; you shouldn't be surprised that it is a good product.CON's:1. The measurements of 6'L x 4' W x 3' H are IF and ONLY IF the bean bag is full. Your bean bag does not ship full. It is mostly full, but not totally full. It will only fluff up to about 6' x 3.5' x 2.5. To get the max dimensions, you will need to by additional filler. Amazon should give people the option of a partly full, or a completely full bean bag.2. If you need more filler, AmazonBasics does not cover you. You will need to find a separate seller for the filler.3. AmazonBasics doesn't cover you period because replacement covers are also not available. You will need to find covers for a similar sized bean bag by a competitor such as Chillsacks or the over-priced Lov Sacks. It is nice to have a replacement cover.4. I had to buy filler to get the max size. I wanted something that someone could comfortably get up from once they had been seated. That meant adding more filler. That was a nightmare! Seriously, I was almost in tears. First I had to unzip the bean bag. There are two zippers. The first has a pull. The second one which is exposed after unzipping the first one, does not have a pull. This is for safety reasons. I had to work a paperclip into a hook to make a pull. Then I opened the filler. It was an ungodly mess. There is no easy way to add filler to the bean bag without making a horrible mess. All of this was necessary because Amazon didn't ship me a bean bag with enough filler, enough for the bean bag to be the dimensions advertised by Amazon.So, five stars because it is fabulous.....minus one star for the cost and frustration of having to fill the bean bag so that it actually is the dimensions advertised by Amazon.Should you buy this? Yes, by all means, but if you want the advertised dimensions; buy small amounts of filler that can be inserted INTO the opened, unzipped bean bag before pouring out the filler. This will still make a mess (it flies around), but the mess will not be nearly as horrible. You will pay more for the filler in 5 lb packages, but you will not have a nightmare like I did.

This thing is AMAZING!! But it is very big, heavy and not easy to move. It has chopped/shredded pieces of memory foam inside, some seem to be coated in plastic. It was actually too stuffed for my liking so I unzipped it and got rid of 4 trash bags of the filling. It needs to be flipped and fluffed a few times a week as the more it’s used the flatter it gets in certain spots. My kid loves it and I love it. Great price for what you get.

Perfect for any age

For starters, this product (at first) was everything as advertised. Extremely comfy, form fitted to my position within a week….but then…..My wife plopped on the bag somewhat hard, and the lining of the zipper popped (Zipper is very frail, almost as weak as a ziplock bag, DO NOT PUT PRESSURE ON IT AT ALL. )With a team effort, we were able to get the zipper all the way down and back sealed. There was also no handle of the zipper so we had to find a part clip on.)About a month into having it, I rolled over and the zipper popped again, this time it was actually busted, not fixable, and the billions of recycled memory fibers went out. Due to the slit for the zipper being unnecessarily long, once this occurs, you are left with the mess you see in the photo I left. You have to fully open the slit to begin to reseal it, so imagine the zipper slit, being the entire length of the chair, this leaves the freely placed microfiber foams pouring out. If 2 or more people are present, you can hold some of it shut while re-establishing the zipper.Amazon was kind enough to send me a replacement, to which i accepted, and will be manually sowing permanently shut before use, (it is that comfy). However, the clean up has been 5 hours so far, and we are almost to the point where we can vacuum, we have filled 35 trash bags. I can’t think of a more obnoxious prank you could pull on somebody, even if that was the intent. Sell somebody $150 comfy bean bag chair. We can make the zipper on it super fragile, and longer than the chair is, so when it busts open, the billions of tiny foam pieces will expand and they will never be able to close it back up. I rarely write reviews, good or bad, this has me ENRAGED.

My chair arrived 5 days early to start! Always a plus. I didn’t realize, until I picked up the box, that the 6’ chair weighs 64 pounds! So be careful (but that to me showed it’s quality). When I pulled it out of the box, the entire thing was a solid memory foam brick. The instructions said it could take up to five days to fully expand which disappointed me at first. But, if you roll the foam pieces around inside and pull them apart, it’s ready to go in 20 minutes. Definitely one of the most comfortable things I have ever laid on! It’s like a cloud. It forms around you like a cloud but not to the point where you can’t get out. I’m 5’9” and the 6’ is actually the perfect size for me. Not too big but just enough extra. I have a pretty terrible sleep disorder, it’s incredibly difficult for me to rest. When I laid down in the chair, I was actually able to fall asleep without even taking my meds. And to the point where I even dreamed. Believe me when I tell you, that’s saying a lot. I couldn’t be happier with it. Absolutely recommend to anyone who just wants to be comfy. Especially if you’re a 90’s kid like me! Definitely brings back memories :)
