Got these for tying saltwater flies but the fibers are so short it will not work for wings except on very small flies <#8 hooks. Might be useful for dubbing material but this is not what I purchased it for. The swaths are only 3" x 3" which is not very generous as for the price you could purchase a half yard of the fabric.Amazon was very responsive and let me keep the item and get a refund, so I can't complain about service. I wish the descriptions of the items had more technical information. The dimensions given are for the package which is not very helpful for the purchaser.

They were nice and colourful. But not really what I was looking for. I used them to make little gnomes. And they turned out beautiful. So not what I wanted. Ended up with just what I needed it thanks

I use this for fly tying where hair is needed.

The material is very high quality however it is way to short if you want to make flies
