When I found out about the benefits of marine phytoplankton, I shopped around and opted for UMAC-CORE. Best product and good pricing.

unlike spirulina, which i've noticed major positive reactions from the moment i took it (actually noticed enhanced energy from the first time i had some), i took this stuff for several months and didn't notice a thing.either it's this brand, or it's the supplement itself...i can't imagine spirulina having such a direct effect in many ways on me, and this ocean supplement having no discernible effect. since i can't tell whether it's the brand, or this kind of supplement, i gave it 2 stars rather than slamming it. please take this for what it's worth, a lot of other people seem to like the stuff.
