I purchased "EleTab Dual Monitor Mount Stand - Height Adjustable Monitor Arm Stand Fully Articulating Counterbalance Gas Spring Desk Mount for Two 17 to 32 inch Screens" model ELTGM05-2 but this seller sent me New star model 91-LDT13C024, which looks like the same but with different specifications and different manufacturer

Very very very poor service from Amazon
Does not fit the monitor, bad quality, don’t buy. Bad service . I have called multiple times for Amazon to pickup. They came once and said they will come to pick up again. After calling multiple times now they say they will not pickup and if I want a refund I have to drive 50km to drop it. Bad bad service from Amazon and bad product

Great quality, easy to work with
This was my first desk-mounting monitor stand and I am very glad that I chose this one. It's not the cheapest on the market, but it's definitely worth what you pay for it. It's easy to put together and easy to adjust once you mount the monitors on it. I don't know if this is typical of these types of monitor stands, but it's very difficult to adjust the arms until you add the weight of the monitor to the ends of them. Each arm has two joints that can move and the tension in the arms is easily adjustable with an included hex wrench. I recently replaced my two old 24" monitors with 27" monitors and had to increase the tension and this was a breeze. Moving the arms is pretty easy, although I have noticed that sometimes it can cause slight shifting in the base with the clamp setup. The heads can rotate as well to accommodate a vertical monitor setup. This came in handy for me because I bought the HP Omen 27" which has its VESA mount in an odd diamond pattern, making it require a 45 degree offset. The motion for this is quite smooth.Replacing my monitors was especially easy because there is a removable VESA 75 and 100 compatible plate that you put on your monitor. This plate slides onto the head and sits with a screw securing it on the top. Because these are removable, I was able to simply unscrew the securing screw, slide off my monitors, unscrew the bracket, replace the bracket on my new monitors, slide it on the heads of the arms, and then rescrew the securing screw. I did have to adjust the arms to a wider stance because they were larger and tighten up the tension in the arms. The arms also have wire management sleeves that slide on and off pretty easily. I have a power cable and 2 display cables coming from each of my monitors and they fit very snugly under these sleeves, I doubt I could fit another one under those sleeves. It is worth noting that with this many cables, it is difficult to rotate my monitors more than about 45 degrees. If I wanted to do so, I would probably need to pull more cable slack on the monitor's end to accommodate this. The base comes with a grommet mounting set up and a clamp setup. I don't have a grommet in my desk so I chose the clamp setup and it was easy to put together. The clamp comes with a pad on it and the set comes with a few rubber pieces that adhere to the top part of the base to protect your desk. I moved my mount setup twice now and found no damage to the top of my desk, but a little bit of scuffing on the bottom, which is fine with me. There is a small wire management piece on the back which has two stiff tabs that hold cables in place, one basically for each arm. It was pretty difficult to fit 3 cables under each tab and I doubt I could fit another without snapping the tab.Overall, very happy with this mount. I've had it just over a year now and have had zero problems with it other than the small issues described above, which are really mild inconveniences.

Amazing monitor arms! Best I've purchased.
The monitor arms are perfect for anyone who wants to free up desk space. They come with the c-clamp option or the grommet option for attaching to a desk. My corner desk had a little shelf in the back corner which worked out perfectly for me. I drilled a hole through the shelf and attached the base to that. This allowed me to push the monitor arms back into the corner further than I could if they were on their stands. The hydraulic tension screws allowed me to adjust for the weight of the monitors so they wouldn't rise or lower on their own.The only design flaw I have found is the cable covers. You feed the cables down the arms and cover them with a plastic cap. Even when giving the cable enough slack (for raising, lowering, or rotating) the plastic covers pop off. Being the monitors are in the very corner, you can't really see the cables anyway, but if you went with an open room desk layout, you'd easily see the cables. Not a deal-breaker in the end though as these monitors are sturdy, look great, and really change the feel of your desk.I have included photos so you can see how much arm room is needed behind the monitors.Sometimes I will put my standing desk on top of the tabletop for those long work sessions. The monitor (which is behind my standing desk) can then raise all the way up and even angle while working this way.I work IT for a school and have ordered many monitor arms in the past to install for admin work stations. These are by far the best ones I have worked with. They are sturdy, great value, and easy enough to work with.

Looks great and easy to install
I've been using dual monitors for the longest time, but only recently decided to finally get a good stand. I used to use the included desktop stand and have had a pair of cheap wall mounted ones for a while but those days are past. While the EleTab stand wasn't the cheapest I could find, it looked like a great quality to cost ratio and now that I've been using it for a couple weeks, I think I made the right call.As others have said it's got a good amount of heft, and when I was installing it I was worried I'd have to adjust the tension a good amount once I had it setup, but when I had my 21" monitors on, I didn't have to change the tension at all.In terms of the physical install, I ended up using the grommet and bolt install rather than the clamp due to the design of my desk, and the installation guides and the details in the packaging made it easy to install, and I love how the cable management covers come fully off, but the difference in the top and lower sections are distinct and not easily mixed up. While it would have been nice to have a shorter carriage bolt included in the kit, I'll take a hacksaw or Dremel to shorten up the included bolt so its less likely to get caught on something, but in reality it's not a big deal.

Very nice mount, does not seem to support 15 lb monitor.
Looks great. Nice range of motion and ease of adjustment to gas shocks. Very easy to assemble as well. The one main flaw it has is the strength of the vertical vesa mount adjustment. The monitor weights 15.3 pounds, and the mount supports up to 17 pound monitors. However, I have tightened the adjuster as much as it could go and each morning the monitor has dropped down because it cannot support it. I will try to find a way to adjust it better, maybe using a washer to put more equal force? Great cable management! overall almost perfect for me if it could keep that monitor from leaning down.

Almost a 3 or 4 out of 5 until this happened...
When I first received theses Eletab dual monitor arms I was extremely excited! Gas spring dual monitor arms for $100 for how clean and functional they are with tidy cable management? Easy buy. However, upon setting up I noticed that the tension on the joints attached to the base of the unit was incredibly stiff. I had just spent some time building a new desk from scratch and was deeply concerned about this as it was putting a lot of unnecessary stress on my desk when trying to rotate the base of the arms, using way too much strength to do so, and having to actually use both hands to get a good grip and relieve stress from the desk just to rotate the arms, something that should happen just by grabbing the monitor and moving them around. This was a no go at first. Especially when I tried to adjust the tension of the joints to the point where the proper hex key stripped the inside of the bolt, no give whatsoever and rendering it impossible to loosen in the future. BUT I gave Eletab the benefit of the doubt and contacted their customer service. This is where everything changed. One of THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES I have been through to date. I emailed them directly at night to which they responded to the next morning with an apology about the circumstance followed by a request for my address to expedite a new model to me and kindly asked if I'd be willing to send videos of the situation to them. I responded in kind already impressed with the process and speed, and sent some fairly detailed videos along with my address. This was Thursday/Friday. It's the following Tuesday and I have received the new replacement arms already which work really great! The tension was adjustable. I am so impressed with the customer service here. Thanks again Eletab!!!
