My friend suffers from neck discomfort. He's taken the usual steps to rid himself of this problem: visiting a chiropractor, sleeping with a specialized neck pillow, stretching. While this neck massager wasn't intended to fix these problems, he shared that it provided relief and that it was pretty fun to use. Moreover, since he's an athlete, the levels of stimulation from this product may be mitigating stress which is good for recovery. The heating function is king and robust, especially this time of year when it's cold. Fits in a hoodie. I hope that this will continue to be an adequate gift for my best friend and I'm considering getting my own, which is why I'm writing this review.Packaging was low-waste and setup of the massager was super easy. The product itself feels durable though it's compact. Make sure to improve the conductivity from this device by sweating/wetting your neck. Can be used lying down or walking around.

There's a lot to say about this product. If you have never used a tens device, you may find the prickly sensation a little strange. However, If you give the device a chance, you will find that it works wonders on neck aches, lower jaw pain and headaches. Being someone that has used tens devices in the past I have found this product to be amazing. It is so convenient to use while watching TV or folding laundry, doing dishes, taking a walk or driving. The fact that there are no sticky pads or wires makes it extremely easy to use on a consistent basis. I suffer from extreme headaches and TMJ. This device has made such a difference. I really think it's because I am using it consistently once a day which is helping to relieve the tension that causes the pain. There are many nice features on this device. Firstly, the heat setting is wonderful. It can be adjusted up or down to where it is perfectly comfortable for you. Additionally the remote control makes it a breeze to switch between settings until you find the one, or ones, that you are most fond of and feel you get the most results from. The setting ranges really vary on the tingling, massaging, and pressure. With each click on the remote you can adjust just how much "feeling" you want. I absolutely love the squeezing feeling - contracting that I get right on the muscles at the base of my neck. Serious tension relief. My husband and I can both use this device and can set it to exactly what feels good for either of us. The fact that the remote is magnetic is also a great feature, especially if you are sharing the device with family members. Since there are no sticky pads to purchase and repurchase this device is extremely economical and can go from family member to family member with no additional cost - huge bonus! As I said at the beginning, this device can take a little getting used to, but I believe that if you give it a chance you will be happily surprised at what a difference it can make. It is extremely easy to use, compact, economical, and, in my opinion, does a great job relieving those sore, stressed out muscles.

I get so many knots in my neck and my back; I’m always feeling super irritated by them. I have a regular TENS machine but always saw warnings about putting those pads on your neck as you don’t want the pads on certain places. This is the perfect solution! I get headaches all the time from the tension in my neck muscles so when I start to feel a headache coming on or my knots are irritating me, I pop this on for awhile and it helps so much! The headache usually goes away pretty quickly and I feel so much more relaxed. My dad has tried it as well and now keeps asking to borrow it. I highly recommend!!

I wanted to like this product. I have a professional grade tens unit so I’m more than used to that sensation. I’ve used the other unit on my ne k more than once. However, this specific unit? Caused exceptional sharp pain. To the point that I needed to return it.

I bought this product because I have a Neck problem. Everytime I used this product, I felt that there was an improvement on my neck, there is a Tingiling sensation in which it relaxes the muscle on my neck. I really like this product. You can adjust the frequency to your confort level and also you don’t need to buy a battery, it’s rechargeable. It is so light to use and it comes with a pouch that you can bring it anywhere. Additionaly, during cold season you can turn the heat on. It’s relaxes Your muscles. I highly recommended this product to those people who have a neck pain amd neck stiffness problem.

Probably the best of its kind. Tried some other brands before, this one was effective immediately, while the others take a while to feel anything. And its first level is pretty gentle which is good for people uses it for the first time.

Great product! I spend a lot of time working out my upper body, and my neck muscles tend to get quite tense as a result. This was my first time using a TENS product and I'm really impressed with how deeply it can penetrate into my muscles. Shifting through the modes actually feels like different types of massage are being performed on me and I like the flexibility in switching it up.Besides that, the product itself is easy and comfortable to use, and I can easily do my desk work as it works its magic on me.

Only used it once, because only one side works. I tend to collect static electricity and my coworkers can literally hear the static sparks, when I touch a filing cabinet! Well, this neck massager felt like I was getting shocked by strong static electricity on the side it works and it was painful. Literally made me jump out of my chair and take it off quick! I am not ready to try it again! I might use it as a party game and let others get a jolt out of it!
