Perfect book for fantasy lovers.
I received this book in a good condition but the starting pages started to fall... like they came out bcoz the glue wasn't applied properly. I bought this for my daughter and the fantasy is amazing, she loved this book a lot. Actually the true story starts after 150 pages but before that tilly's life and the begining of the mysteries is showned and she loved it a lot. This was the first book from which she started reading story books. I highly recommend this for fantasy and story book lover. It's a perfect book.

book wandering can be hazardous
Tilly lives above a bookshop with her grandparents. Her mother disappeared when she was a baby. When Tilly is about 12, she starts receiving visits from fictional characters, Anne and Alice. There are secrets her grandparents haven't told Tilly. As she starts to learn those secrets, Tilly starts to explore books and the limits of that book wandering. This is an excellent story. I was worried when Tilly did dangerous things. I admired her courage in the face of danger. I liked her curiosity. This is a fun middle-grade reader and promises to be the first of possibly many book wandering Tilly and her friends will have.
