Yes, but water based serums will dissolve the powder best. I use serums that are oil or water based. They both work fine. Let the serum absorb and dry before adding creams.

Q: My powder did not come with the scoop did others receive one in there box within the container of the powder? Mine did not!

Yes, there should be a scoop. My scoop was in the box. It's useless honestly. You're supposed to only use a fourth of the scoop....kinda of frustrating to try and do so I just use the one that came with my vitamin C powder from Good Molecules.

Q: If I need 2400mg for a recipe-do I weigh it?

You should always weigh all your skincare ingredients, don’t use volume measurements. You can cause potentially harmful problems if you add the incorrect amount of active ingredients, and this can happen easily if you go by volume. Not to mention that any formula you find will be given in weight (if it isn’t DON’T TRUST IT!) You can pick up a good scale here on Amazon for $10 (sometimes less on sale) and once you get used to weighing your ingredients you’ll find it’s way easier and you’ll get far better results! Good luck!
