Follow the instructions carefully. It doesn't have the normal uniform peeling. The skin flakes off and scabs, but it does job just the same. I use it once a week coz I have acne marks that I want to fade off. Careful not to over expose the skin or you might end up with burns that will result in more marks. Speaking from experience.

Wow. Potent. I had a small cyst in my face under a scar for as long as I could remember. I had/have cystic acne. Hyaluronic acid and some other things I do have made my face not get any new cysts. But I still had dormant ones I usually do not mess with because My face is dented enough. I just hate the scars. Anyways this stuff was amazing to get to the cyst under the scar, I think it even helped the scar. It was a spot on my face I always tried to cover with my hair. I am so happy I purchased this. This stuff will hurt I usually add it to my lotion after I use a tad bit on the spot alone. But do not leave it on long. When it says seconds on the bottle LISTEN. You will when you feel the burn. Since it worked so well like I said I add it to my lotion I use on my face. I used to use alpha hydroxy lotion but they raised the price AND made the bottle smaller. So trying new lotions has been a nightmare I get pimples now which are better than cysts mind you but adding this to the last lotion I bought for my face stopped the pimples. I am 40 years old and tired of looking like I am going through puberty every day since a few months after my son was born. 23 years of cysts and scars my self esteem has been shot.
