Good product, does the job
This is the 3rd one that I ordered and its definitely softer and less supportive than the other 2. Unfortunately couldnt return as I had discarded packaging, assuming it would firm up. The first 2 I ordered were game changers for my back and intense desk job. Helped my lower spine.
