This product is a total game changer for us. Our bathroom is over our garage and the floor gets very cold. While remodeling the bath, we decided to add the LuxHeat floor radiant floor heating. We also added the Wifi thermostat. I was a little concerned when I ordered this, because it was so much cheaper than what I was quoted from the tile store...BUT, no worries....work like a charm! I decided that the cable system was going to be much easier for the contractors to install and it was a good choice, they had no issues. Along the way we also had some issues because I ordered the wrong items and the company was so fast to get back to me and helping me (since I had contractors waiting on me), it was amazing!!!! Great customer service!! The product works great and while it has only been typical mid-atlantic fall weather, we already notice a huge difference and getting up late at night to use bathroom is soooo much better! We highly recommend this amazing product!

The heating system is a good value and works well. What I didn't like, it was difficult to keep the wires separated using the track system. When pouring floor lever over the top, the wires would move towards each other. I would purchase from the same company again, but I would use a different attaching system for the wires.

Product arrived earlier then expected and was super easy to install. Just make sure you measure your room exactly because you can not cut the cable.

This product is good. I was an electrician on a project with this installed. I was impressed by the output and the thermostat. Set up and programming was simple. The tile installer said it was simple to install. It's a good alternative to Ditra heating cables. One thing I will say is make sure the thermostat face plate is installed tight to the backer. One t stat I encountered wasn't and when I turned power on and starting pushing buttons it made a click and the screen went black. I was a little nervous it fried. I pulled it off and re installed and it worked fine. I will be purchasing for my next room remodel project. Im probably going to install this everywhere I can in my house. 240v would be ideal for larger rooms and makes more sense if you have to pay an electrician to provide power.
