Great tool, should be cheaper.
It's a bit small for the price compared to the glove, but it does what it says, and I highly recommend this tool for anyone looking to exfoliate their skin, have smoother skin, or keep your skin from breaking out.After my first use I noticed a pimple that was coming in had disappeared overnight after using this. It says don't use before getting sun, so I use this at the end of my day.

Silk firming tool is very stiff, awkward and has to be soaked just like your face.
You can only fit three fingers in it and not to the palm. I have other hand exfoliater that are better. And I don't like the idea of having to soak my face in hot water for 10 min. before using. My shower doesn't take that long.

I'm now a silk mitt convert!
The jury is still out on this product. I've only had it a couple of weeks. I am a firm believer in the importance of exfoliation. I've been exfoliating my skin (sans my face) for years. I use those Mediterranean exfoliation mitts but I do not use on my face. I thought the concept of a silk exfoliation mitt was intriguing, so I purchased this. One thing I can say for certain is that this product is well made. But I think the photo is a little misleading because it give the impression that all fingers fit into the mitt. I have average hands for a women and I can only get three fingers in the mitt. Therefore, using the mitt is a bit awkward. Though, this is really only a minor complaint (not the reason I dropped a star). I dropped a star because I cannot yet say whether I'm a silk exfoliation convert. I have problem skin - very bad hormonal related acne, (I'm in my 40s) and have had acne since my teenage years. I've noticed a bit of a glow on my forehead after using this for about two weeks. I've had some exfoliation with this but since I've not ever exfoliated my face skin I'm not sure what normal is. I obviously will have to use this for a while before I can determine definitely whether it's making any improvement to my skincare regimen.-----------------------Update - I'm a fan of this mitt. I've had the mitt for a couple of months and I've been using it a couple times a week. I've noticed an improvement in my skin. First my skin is über soft. I find myself rubbing my skin because it feels so soft (which is a no no - one should refrain from touching face skin throughout the day.) Next, I've noticed some dead skin removal during my morning exfoliation treatments. Exfoliation is more pronounced after my monthly dermaroller treatment. Also my skin has a healthy glow now. Finally, my acne is not as severe. I still get a breakout or two before my cycle begins (But I have problem skin unrelated to the mitt). The bump cycle seems to be shorter though - this very well may be related to the addition of the silk mitt to my skincare regime.I guess my one caveat is that I begsn dermaroller treatments and silk exfoliating with this mitt at the same time. So I cannot 100% day that the improvements in my skin is completely a result of th silk mitt alone. But I believe this mitt is performing as advertised. Therefore, I've added a star. And highly recommend this product.

Nice glove not too rough not too soft.
It is a nice product. It does rub off a lot of dead skin, but be careful not to be to over zealous as it could leave you with a raw and dry face. Overall my face does seem to get rid of acne a little quicker than before with this glove.

Does not exfoliate or firm like it should. Few areas of my face broke out and broke skin even though I was gentle with it.

My face looks brighter and pores are smaller I would diffently buy again I have acne scars so this product is making a big impact on my skin

Been using this for years and it is SO good at exfoliating! I'm surprised there's not more raw silk exfoliators on the market. It's def expensive for the size BUT I've only had to buy 2 in the last 5 years. Considering what an amazing job it does at swathing off my skin I'd say it's completely worth it!
