I rarely find a product that has a noticeable effect on my skin but these silk cocoons do. When I use a cocoon on my face after washing, my skin is more luminescent, looks fresher, more even-toned, and the oils on my face are more regulated. I receive random compliments on my skin when I remember to use these and asked if I am doing something different. I am in my 40's, I have normal mixed dry/oily skin, tend to have uneven toned olive complexion.I tried different brands but these have a wider opening for you to put on your finger which makes them easier to use.

It's a hit or a miss with these cocoon balls. Fortunately I researched several youtube videos from Korean Aesthetics who provided step-by-step instructional demos. At first, I followed the instructions provided in the package, with no avail. The cocoons softened only after I let them sit in previously boiled water for twenty minutes; as suggested by a youtuber. Only then was I able to successfully exfoliate my face with one cocoon and feel the effects of my efforts. After exfoliating, my face feels much smoother and tighter. The youtube video suggested each cocoon could be used at least twice; granted its condition is still intact. Needless to say, I use this method sparingly and hope this bag will last a year, at least.

Face scrubs work better than this stuff. It's a gimmick.

I bought this after seeing it on youtube. I wanted to believe that it would do wonderful things for my skin. However, I am not yet convinced that it did anything at all. There is an odor to it....similar to wood, but it is not bad. I tried this with plain water, using facial washes, and even with cream washes. I was hoping to see effects of exfoliation? Sorry, great idea, but I cannot say this product did anything to my skin.

It cleans well after soap wash. Recommend to try as pore cleansing soft skin. Must use everyday for best results.

Great purchase-product is exactly as described. Shipping was faster than expected. I am using them for educational purposes, not facial scrubs. They are perfect for my needs.
